D20 modern has something similar statted up, also there are stats in the Call of Cthulhu monster tome (Monstrous something or another, a huge book I have a home) that has a write up. Stats are formatted in BRP/1st ed AD&D style - so it could be an easy start point or something to consider.
Nothing stated up in PF though in this thread James Jacobs recommends it being a disese template vs. an actual creature. I think it should be both. The evolving/merging form and the lesser doppleganger parts version (which can be a template).

SupaStah! Mike Welham did a xenomorphic infiltrator awhile back as part of his regular Frightful Fridays column at Mythopoeic Rambling.
Legendary Games' Mythic Monsters: Aliens has a qumok, which certainly sounds like The Thing from the description, but I don't have that product myself. (Welham also writes/develops for Legendary Games, but I don't know if the qomok is his or not.)

The Thing basically.
The thing that the star doppelganger can't do is infect creatures and have them continue to act normally, perhaps even unaware at some level of what has happened, and only intruding into their minds to take control when it feels like it.
