I am having difficulty placing an order. Whenever I try to proceed to checkout it keeps logging me out.

It looks like it is the size of the order, which is causing the website to time out and kick you back to the log in screen. I have pushed it through on my end. You should be receiving an email confirmation. Please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made.
You should have access to the PDFs right away, and have been charged for them. You have not been charged for the physical items or pre orders yet, although you may see an authorization for them. These will charged to you as they ship out.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
