Don't do this. It will only end in tears.

It is too late...

I don't know what's going on in this thread but I heard mention that there will be tears so I came to add to my collection.

After the Sunder thread I wanna hear the tale of using two weapons without TWF.

EDIT: Why did we get and FAQ hit......Are we trying to make it fully official?

So is this supposed to be like an ask Jiggy thread where we ask him to do searches for us or do we just keep going about it the usual way of posting something that's wrong hoping he'll see it and look up our answer that way?

...how did you get an FAQ hit? Did this thread start in another forum?

Jiggy, please recap for me the thread discussing rules on the overlong nature of the forums!

I suspect someone is trying to be clever or else is completely missing a lot of details.

You are not the Smith of Will, so you have no right to get with the Jiggy.

I was trying to be clever. I apologize.

You must have been clever to manage to FAQ an un-FAQable post.

I tried to join you, but they don't accept kobold votes apparently.

But if the FAQ goes through, the PDT will have to make a decision on whether or not Jiggy is the Rules Historian.

Only if you reach the 100,000 faqed mark that would require an official response.

Was there something in particular you wanted to hear? And why are you asking for stories in a thread whose title sounds like a petition for some sort of formal office?

I didn't think the title through...... Still cheapy was in first so start with your recollection of the sunder thread.

That almost sounds like you're gonna start an Ask Jiggy thread as some kind of revenge for my starting an Ask Tacticslion thread.

Is... isn't that this thread? No? DANG it, ADD-and/or-Dyslexia! You two know how much you confuse me 'bout stuff!

I would guess the sunder with use as an attack rather than its own separate attack action similar to the wackiness of vital strike rather than being able to utilize iterative attacks and attacks of op with sunder...

... but that's just a guess...

I remember the one that prompted this FAQ. But what do you want me to say about it?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

This whole thing stemmed from you sufficient break down of a previous thread on an issue about the same thing where you gave a detailed history of how it all got discussed.

@Talonhawke—So... the idea is for people to mention past forum threads and then just have me write recaps of them?

Is that entertaining in some way? The event you cite where I did this before had a specific reason, and unfortunately it was a somewhat unpleasant reason. I hope that's not what we're going for here; I'd much rather have my own proper "Ask" thread than have a dedicated poo-flinging thread.

Or does having me recap old arguments provide some sort of entertainment value?

EDIT: This is, in fact, the reason for my very first post in this thread.

Yes. To everything.

Especially the poo flinging!

Then everyone will need WATER! I WIN!

Well I found the recap a quick refresh of things. If preferred I'll flag a post asking for an official name change to the ASK Jiggy Thread. You are one of the many people who has driven my enjoyment of the forums over the years. And repeatedly have been the guy who can quickly find and obscure quote and references in threads. No offense was meant.

I'm not sure the mods would be interested in renaming this thread for you. If you really want a thread to ask me questions in, wouldn't the simplest way be to just start one?

Quote:

Oh I wasn't taking offense; I was just saying that I'm not interested in trying to recreate what happened before on purpose.

Jiggy, did you know that I often look at that scroll your avatar has as if it were a Mohawk-like Pompadour?

We're doing this? It looks like we're doing this. If we're doing this, can I at least have a proper, traditionally-titled, not-salvaged-from-an-existing-thread, "Ask" thread?

That's...
*puts on sunglasses*
...all I ask.
