Anyone seen a Dwarven Steel Battleaxe?

Has anyone seen a Dwarven Steel Battleaxe recipe drop? Do you have one for sale? Can you make dwarven steel axes? Want to sell one of those? :)

I have the better part of three settlements looking for that recipe and I can't seem to put my hand on it. I just want to make sure it is in the world somewhere!

You can get me in game on "Khoal" I am sure we can work something out if you have access to this elusive creature. :p

I am pretty sure Keepers found one during the Day of the Ogre and it was passed on to our weaponsmith. Contact Erian or Rufus in game and see if you can arrange to have one made.

They can't be made until Sawyers hit level 10, because it requires oak hafts.

Thanks for the info guys. You give me hope!

That should be sometime around first of March, yes?

Thanks again for the lead. I'll try to contact Erian or Rufus in game.

So, its about 3 days till Sawyers get to level 10 (if they have spent 100% experience in refining).

Depending on if you have Moderate Varnish +3 and Dwarven Steel Ingots +3, the best that could be made is a +0 or +1 version (+2 if you have both those recipes). Not sure exactly what you are looking for in the quality of the item.

There always is the possibility of a 'lucky' one.

I have a few 'precious ones' like the gold bar +2 or the Dwarven Steel Ingot +2. I got at least enough + on gold bars to make a second Ornate Steel Shirt +1 even without Dwarven Steel Wire +1 (or to rephrase - still far too little of that). Takes currently a total of +3 over 3 gold bars to make - assuming coarse padding +3 and dwarven steel wire +0.

But even a +0 is better as a +2 tier 1 axe and I have at least one member who will be VERY interested. So I'm following this with interest.

I made 160 Cotton Twine +0, and not a single +1. :( Which is a pity since I was lucky to get a +2 Composite Maple Stave from a Batch of +0. So no +1 Wardens Longbow just yet. I am going to keep trying.

+0 T2 weapons do 10 more damage and have an average 50 higher to hit, than a +2 T1 weapon.

+0 T2 armor will have 50-120 more hitpoints, 30-80 power, +2 to three different recoveries, +50 to all defenses, and +2-6 in 2-3 defenses.

Both giving you +2 to Epow and Epro

No worries brother Khoal. We got it.

Now if someone could just find a recipe to give Haagen an additional 78.6 hours of play time per 24 hours, we'd be fine....

save the stave for a +2 bow!

I can make cotton twine+2, so TEO (per open offer for refined items, see GW/trade subforum) should be able to trade you.
If you wait a few more days, even +3 might become available for the right price.

...and +4 physical protection. (woot - Cheatle missed a tiny detail?!)

but of course, T2+2 is even better. That's what you should be aiming for if you can afford it (says the refiner...).
