Half-Orc Ranger / Barbarian Gestalt, Natural attack build

Alright, I have this really cool concept for a character for the upcoming Giantslayer AP - there will just be two of us, so we're building the characters as Gestalt.

The backstory is going to be very cool, but the short version of it is that its going to be built around natural attacks and all of the available options are getting a little confusing. Basically I want to have a Bite attack and two Claw attacks, and I'd like to have them all by 4th level if not sooner.

So I'm looking at the Shapeshifter archetype for Ranger (REALLY suits my concept) and Invulnerable Rager for Barbarian... which means:

I can get a Bite attack via the Toothy racial trait option at 1st or via Animal Fury Rage Power at 2nd.

I can get Claw attacks via Aspect of the Beast from the Natural Ranger Combat Style at 2nd or via Lesser Beast Totem Rage Power at 2nd or 4th.

Looking at the wording, I find I'm getting confused regarding which powers suffer from secondary attack penalties and which do not. Obviously I'd like to avoid them altogether if possible - when would they apply and when wouldn't they, assuming I won't be using a normal weapon at all.

Toothy: Some half-orcs' vestigial tusks are massive and sharp, granting a bite attack. This is a primary natural attack that deals 1d4 points of piercing damage. This racial trait replaces the orc ferocity racial trait.

These are both primary attacks, so as long as you're not using manufactured weapons in addition to your natural attacks, they will be at full BAB and full Str.

Animal Fury is a little iffy. The right up has it working as a secondary weapon when making a full attack. I would assume it's meant to be a primary natural attack, as most bites are, but it's not explicit in the write up so some could rule it's always a secondary natural weapon.

I appreciate the response.

As with all things there are trade-offs, and I'm trying to get a sense if any of the options would result in attack penalties so that I know which options are truly available to me... Animal Fury was the one that particularly concerned me. It seems like the intent is that it be a secondary attack if used as part of a full attack with a standard weapon as is usually the case, but the language is confusing and omits that phrasing. Whether that omission was deliberate or an oversight is anyone's guess - I couldn't find any errata anywhere on the subject.

And where does Multiattack fit in? Its included on the Ranger's natural weapon combat style list, but I can't figure out when it would apply... unless its being offered as an option for combining natural and non-natural weapons?

Multiattack changes the -5 penalty for secondary natural attacks to a -2. If you are attacking with all primary natural attacks, then the feat does nothing for you. If you combine manufacturered weapon attacks then all of your natural weapons become secondary, so it would help offset the penalty.
