So I miss calculated the US to CAN exchange and the authorization was declined on February 5th. I went and added more cash the the card on the 5th, went to the order page and hit the button to try to authorize the card again. It worked and showed the authorization(set to expire yesterday) on the order page. My card also showed the authorization of $101.86 by showing the money coming off the card in the pending transaction section.

Today the order no longer shows the authorization and my card no longer has the pending transaction showing. I go to the order page and I do not see the button to try the authorization.

This is frustrating because the Canadian dollar has slide a bit since then and now this is going to cost me even more money when it gets authorized.

Can some please nudge my order and get the authorization to go through today.

BTW, I never did get an email from from the system saying the card was authorized despite the website saying it was. I do believe there are still bugs in your new system that need to be addressed. This could be one of them.

Hi Olmac,

It looks like your order hasn't been able to ship yet because it is waiting on the Zadim miniature. Our data in the system seems a bit off on this one, so we're double checking some things. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

In the meantime, something for you to mull over, that you may want to considering doing for orders:

We have some international customers who have concerns about exchange rates or have issues with how their banks process the temporary authorization vs. the final charge. When it works for them, they buy a paizo.com gift certificates, which they apply to their own account as store credit, and then set their orders to use store credit.

I'll get back to you as soon as we know what is going on with that mini.

If the mini is delaying my shipment, please put it back into my side cart. It is not that vital that I have it with this shipment.

I will give the gift certificate a whirl see how that works for next few orders. Please charge this order to my store credit.

The credit card will definitely be declined now...LOL
