Selling DT

Considering selling my DT account (with backdated xp). 2 characters have been made and played a bit. Both currently have over 50k banked xp. 1 character does have the new player pack items in her bank. Set to suspend on 3/2 with 2 months still available. Send me a pm if interested.

FYI - If I understand it correctly - If you suspend your account, you will break your DT and will no longer have it.

I would be INCREDIBLY surprised if that is the case. There is a difference between suspending your account subscription wise and changing your characters to 'Not Training'.

I've got it set to suspend currently for myself as I have no plans to continue playing (so yes training would stop for me). If I transfer it then the new owner can unsuspend and the training (and monthly charge would continue).

Account Suspension

You can suspend and unsuspend your account as often as you would like. Suspended accounts will not consume game time when the current game time has expired and will not attempt an automatic recurring billing.
You can choose at any time to suspend your account. Account suspension will begin when the current month of game time is complete. You cannot suspend your account mid-month and conserve the remaining days of the month.
Suspended accounts are Inactive accounts - you will not be able to log in. Your account will not earn XP.

Both of you- I would check with Goblinworks on that. Whether you like it or not they said that ANY change to your sub status will break your DT. If that is not the case, I would be incredibly happy as well. From what I was led to believe based on their blog and further discussion, your sub must be continuous for you to keep your DT.

I'm pretty sure their only statements have been about changing your XP training status, or deleting the characters. I didn't read any mention of sub status and DTs

I went and read the blog again and I see what you're getting at. I do hope that's the case because feeling forced to continue a sub or lose DT was something I was pretty unhappy about. Good to know that might not be the case afterall.

That's putting it mildly. If I had drawn the conclusion you had, I'd have been hopping mad. I'm surprised you haven't been making more noise about it, all things considered.

I am unsure if I personally would suspend a first month EE DT account even if I had no intent to use it.

The additional value it will have acquired next year with a full 12 months unspent XP accumulated (876,000 XP on each character) will probably far exceed the $150 to add a 12 month sub to the account.

Subbing these accounts is currently $3.75 a week.

If I could acquire a weeks extra XP for $3.75 I would certainly be lining up and paying it :D I suspect it will be the same with backdated unspent XP.
