Help me build an Antipaladin / Inquisitor NPC

Advice

So for an upcoming game towards the end of the first few sessions (I have no idea how fast the progression will be) I want my group to fight a lieutenant of the Cleric of Rovagug BBEG.

I was planning on making him/her a half fiend orc and Antipaldin 2/ Inquisitor of Rovavgug 2
I'm a newb GM but I have a lot of experience playing and a lot of rules of knowledge I'm just not good at building NPCs.

If you have any suggestions about the class or race they are welcome and wanted.

just make up a character with those levels, but using NPC wealth by level guide lines found in chapter 14 of the CRB for his gear. then add the half fiend template to him and your set.

most NPCs use the 15 point buy system

Also, make sure you give him some low CR henchmen and not just pit a CR4 solo against a bunch of level 1 or 2 guys.

if you really need him to be solo, give him max HP so they don't one shot him.

Yeah I've seen some pretty bad solo encounters. Also I'm wondering does the half fiend smite stack with antipaladin smite for daily uses.

On the subject of minions I was thinking would fire elementals be a good idea or would something like imps or quasits be better. The PCs would be encountering both types of enemies beforehand so both would make sense but what do you guys think would be more interesting or would something else fit in with the encounter better.

This is supposed to be a challenging and exciting encounter that will end off a decent segment of the story so I want it to be memorable. So any suggestion would be welcome.
