The Iconic Heroes Miniature Set #1 has been delayed to end of February, which means it will miss this month's subscription shipment. If you are only subscribed to the card game, February is our last subscription shipment for a few months.

This means it will not ship until May when the next subscription shipment is planned for Wrath. If you don't want to wait until then, you will need to contact Customer Service to let them know to set the item to ship as soon as possible.

No need to contact Customer Service—you can go to your My Account page, and in the sidecart section, click "Ship As Soon As Possible" (which will be as soon as it is available). You should probably then click on the "Step 2 - Shipping" button, and make sure that the shipping options are what you want.

After you do that, please double-check your order history—if it isn't showing up as it's own order, then you can contact customer.service@paizo.com.

Just to be clear, this only affects PACG subscribers who have put WizKids' Iconic Heroes #1 in their sidecarts—if you preordered it but set it to ship separately, you don't need to do anything.

I would suggest waiting until we are closer to the ship date to make any changes. If there are further delays with the product or if something else changes, its easier to have left it in your sidecart than to try to make changes again.

My general advice is to contact customer service if you need to ship anything from your sidecart "as soon as possible" instead of waiting for a subscription shipment. The functionality of that button has been confusing customers since it was added due to the way that it handles preorders/backorders and unavailable items. With recent changes to the way our system handles sidecarts and preorders, the simplest and least confusing way to handle requests for moving items out of the sidecart is to contact us and have us move it out.


So, since I'm only subscribed to PFACG - and AP6 presumably ships at the end of February, which would mean only a couple of day or a week difference with the Heroes Set 1 - is it possible for my AP6 to be delayed so it can ship together with Heroes Set, whenever that one is ready? (I'm not in a hurry to get the AP, but I'd very much prefer it to ship with the Iconics)

Our fulfillment system is really designed around subscriptions as a priority. You can delay a non-subscription order to ship with a subscription (via sidecart), but delaying a subscription item to ship with a non-subscription order isn't supported. (To be honest, I'm not sure I've heard anybody ask for that before.) There's really only one way to delay subscriptions, and that's to put your subscription on hold via customer service... but we don't have the ability to restart it automatically based on the shipment of another item. You would have to contact customer service to have it restarted, and synching that to get both items into the same package would be a challenge. (You could theoretically cancel your sub and then order Adventure Deck 6 to be shipped along with your Iconic Heroes box, but then you'd lose the subscriber benefits, and since there are a whole bunch of promo cards shipping with that deck, I wouldn't advise that....)


It may be a bit premature to discuss, but since it is kind of related and impacts the overall spend I have for May, will there be a method to discontinue the base set of Wrath as part of the subscription in May and still get the promos with the add-on deck?

This worked very well for S&S and saved me a very significant amount on shipping so I hope we can do this again, and hopefully with a more streamlined method than previously.

If this is not possible, the impact of having the base set for wrath, the add-on deck, and icons set #1, along with possibly set #2 and even set #3 ALL ship in May as everything catches up to the subscription may well cause my wallet to crumble to dust... Of course it will seem like Christmas in May so that may be a fair trade...

Yes, please, give it a bit of thought :) Otherwise, I suppose a lot of international subscribers like me are going to have to cancel their subs for the base Set WotR only, and then to renew it again, only to avoid the prohibitive shipment costs.


Thank you for this. But it raises the further question, what is the cadence of the other Iconic Heroes Miniature Sets?

If Monthly it would be unsurprising if sets 2, 3 were also ready to go with the May Shipment?

Barring further port-of-entry delays, WizKids intended these to be monthly.
