And Erin? Still need to add background. But does crunch work? =^^=

Pathfinder Rulebook Subscriber

I'm definetly interested. I'm going to make an Order of the Flame Cavalier. Will post in the afternoon. Essentially going to become immortal by being remembered forever for glorious deeds.

Crunch unspoilered. Thank you!

@DM Tuyena: Thanks for offering to run the game and taking the time to look at my submission. If you have any questions/concerns or would like
further information on something, please do not hesitate.

Blue Rose is a really cool archetype. I've played with one before. Neat character!

Thanks! Looking through the various cavalier orders, I thought that the Blue Rose would be a very appropriate one for someone seeking to end the lawlessness in the Greenbelt without necessarily completely depopulating the region ;)

Oh, right. This isn't Warhammer 40k.

DM Tuyena,

By the way, I'm on E.S.T. so I should be on a concurrent posting schedule. Thanks for doing this!

so as gramlag seems to no longer be avalible im going to dot with morgrym here instead, he is a Dwarf stonelord, cuz the idea of slowly becoming living stone with an earth elemental for a companion is just sooooo awesome

also the back story on this guy totally feels like a wall of text but i got someone to write it for me cuz im bad at those. it was for a skull and shackles game that never seemed to pick this guy up so ill re write it if you like the general idea of morgrym here (P.S. i fracking love dwarves if you cant tell)

Sovereign Court

I have to work on the Background, but do you agree with a erastil Paladin?

Cool concept, just a couple of curiosities: 1) A paladin with a CHA of 10? 2)Seems like a lot of gear for 150 gp and no traits to increase the starting gold.

Here is a swashbuckler I would like to submit- I am still undecided on this human version or the halfling version. Leaning towards human sense we are starting level 1 but the halfling would be funnier to play....

ya he needs editing, was just a dot at the moment, he has traits though they are wrong for kingmaker and the stonelord doesnt really need CHA, his abilitys dont really call for it he gives up most of the abilitys that scale off of it, only one he has still is lay on hands im pretty sure, so still sorta a thing but mostly not

edit: how do you feel about me reflavoring rich parents to be a sum of money granted to me by the cloister that trained me for everything? not really my parents but gold from a group that raised morgrym for a time in his life before sending him out

edit2:and now i think morgrym should meet the standards for submission

Oooh we shall have such good fun together.. all you law loving types and peace loving types.. such fun.

This is just a dot.. as the character will be completed soon.

Just take Chosen one.

DM Tuyena - I would like to make a witch. Do you have strong feelings about the Slumber Hex? Some feel it is OP, and I wanted to vet it with you first.

Hello again! I'm sure you're busy, DM Tuyena. Just bumping my Seer Oracle (Time) Durielle Omenstar submission again, so she doesn't get lost in the post avalanche. :-)

ap's dont need top tier characters, though as the OP states the GM like to make mean fights so there is that, but rogues can do fine with a bit of smart play, also unchained comming out in a couple months may change things on that front

Silver Crusade

Thats not the point, there is a difference between top tier and character who is oddly similar to Iconic character. Also Im not holding my breath on Unchained. I also wish to remind you that Kingmaker has the most deaths... generally from random encounters. SOME AP's don't need stronger characters, but SOME do. Try a Mummy's mask run with no Cleric or healer or lots of people with low will saves.

Submissions so far:

Edit: Added Sugua Bran't's alignment and all characters' sex.

Silver Crusade

Sugua is CN if that wasnt stated. And Male.

I'd only ask that you line break your skill listing.

As for paladins of Erastil you're free to make one, I tend to prefer the more forgiving types of paladins though.

As for slumber hex, it's probably a bit stronger in Kingmaker than normal, but I don't have an issue with it.

And thanks for the submission list there Pinvendor.

I see a distinct lack of arcane power (yes, I know the bard is an arcane caster) in the submissions at this point.

An opportunity for someone who has yet to make a submission perhaps?

It wouldn't hurt their chances.

So what is "needed" is blasting? Or is there another arcane based niche that could be used?

Ah I see, the main header is before Racial Adjustments. Yeah, Nerisiel you will need to correct this.

Sovereign Court

I do not know but Paladins of erastil are quite tame compared to ragathiel, iomedea or Torag. They may even retreat.

Looks good.

Also I'm generally only checking to make sure I'm ok with the general format and not delving too deep into cross-checking characters just yet.

and upon further review of my character i make the epic derp of realizing without charisma i cant cast spells at 4th level, for some reason my brain said devine = wisdom, one sec while i change that

edit: hmmm or is it realistic to have a headband of CHA by 4th?

The Stonelord loses its casting in favor of Defensive Stance, doesn't it?

Looks like Viklop is sitting at about a 28 point build at the moment too.

ah i stand corrected, i knew there was a reason i didnt take charisma, skimming rules will mess me up one day, thanks for pointing that out

Speaking of arcane power, I'm currently working on a ratfolk witch.

According to the Character Wealth By Level chart, you'd have about 6k at 4th level.

Erastil is still a part of the smite first ask questions later pantheon. Just because he is less extreme than like Vildeis or Ragathiel doesn't make it untrue.

Oops..ok..corrected...last game we rolled our stats....it is now 20 points.

Yea I mean you are in the same thread as a true neutral Druid of the Green Faith. Its entirely possible I will finish lighting my pipe for the first round of initiative.

Perfect! I know I added a couple of format things, and I wasn't sure if you minded the separation of the backstory elements in spoilers.

I have some RP and descriptive elements to go over with you if I am selected, but otherwise everything works exactly as written crunch/mechanics-wise.

Wow. Already into the teens on character submissions. I guess Kingmaker is still one of the most popular APs that Paizo has produced. I've actually been in two Kingmaker PbPs, both about a year ago (I think), but neither one got past the first encounter at the border fort.

Looks reasonably close, I'd ask that you unspoiler the crunch and that should be good.

While we're at it, how does Feron look?

Likewise for Vladimir?

It is but that.. is sad. The way the DM is making it sound like.. the only way that would happen is if people arent keeping their end of the contract posting 3-5 times a day. Or the GM disappears.

After checking my post history, I stand corrected. I've applied for three Kingmaker games. One I had to drop out of in May three years ago and two that I wasn't selected to play in in October of last year...so my memory wasn't what I thought it was. Not that I'm at all surprised to be reminded that I have a poor long-term memory.

Here is crunch and gear, will add the backstory in a few hours. For now off to Operating Systems class. YAY!!!
