It's just a gateway drug to summoning goblins ... with class levels...
And that's a barrel of monkeys you'd never be able to get back in the barrel.
Not directly with any summoning spell Im aware of, however, a summoner class with the brood summoner archtype could get you some goblin themed summons. Start off with one and eventually have a tiny tribe.
So out of curiosity, are you the goblin king?

I suppose I could go Broodmaster...and make the brood goblins....but I really wanted to get a good number...enough to overwhelm a Giant...
Maybe I should go Gremlins instead and use First Worlder..?
Or better yet, are First Worlder and Master Summoner compatible ???
You could call up Half-Celestial and Half-Fiend goblins with Planar Binding.

make a fertile timeless demiplane, kidnap some goblins, and then just expunge goblins as you need them.
Nope, but if your game master allows 3.5 rules, you can figure out the CR equivalent for a pack of them with class levels, and then replace the equivalent monster in summon monster. Or with summon nature's ally. Plus you can apply different summoned templates like axiomatic, fiendish et.al. Also, there is the swarm template from Green Ronin that you could apply to a group of goblins as well.
Or perhaps figure out how to make the magical equivalent to a Pokeball and keep a few on you at all times. :3

getting the goblins isn't the problem.
the problem is getting RID of them...
also, for wonky summoning i'd go with gremlins over goblins any day of the week (and some of them ARE in the summon lists). they are loads more fun!
