My character's bow looks in proportion with my character on my actual mini. Can't really help you with your other questions though. Sorry :(

Ok, few questions.

looking at them on the screen the weapons look too big for the figures. Ex: The mace looks more like a two-handed tetsubo than a one handed club like weapon. Does it just look like that on the screen or do they come like that?

I've seen some styles of art that use over-sized weapons, so to the designers, the weapons may look appropriate. Or maybe they chose that style so that the minis are more durable.

Is the larger size of figure appropriate for a PF large humanoid? I want to make nearly identical figures for a character that changes between small, medium, and large.

Not sure, but I can tell you from some of the media I've seen that the large size base is twice as large as the regular size base. If the regular size is 3.5/PF compatible, then it stands to reason that the large size is, too.

I see the fangs. Is there any way to give a figure scales, claws, cloven/hooved feet, a tail, or a single horn?

I don't think so, currently. But they have plans to add some sort of dragon race, so it seems very possible that other alternative body parts could be designed. I haven't seen anywhere that where they've shared a to-do list of what to implement.

Hmm... If I put some grass on the base that would cover the feet so shouldn't be able to tell not cloven. Cape could cover the tale that isn't there. I can take an angle file to the hands to give the fingers a bit of a point to at least hint at claws. I'll talk to the whoever I hire to paint them to see what he can do about giving a scales look.

Ok, still doable.

If this really takes off I wouldn't be surprised to see some of those options you're wanting become available in the future.

here is the one I got from the Kickstarter Shiok - female Half-Orc battle mage

and here she is painted

I'm really pleased with the results. Will definately get more from them in the future, when I have spair cash ($15 shipping cost on top of the fig cost is a bit of a hit).

I got the detailed one for her, as you can see the back end ofthe Axe snapped off, but it doesn't really detract from the fig so no worries.

I plan to pin and repair once I find it...It is still somewhere in that case, just can't find it

ElterAgo,

To get the minis in a large size is a bit expensive ($80 a pop) but can be done. I do wish that the minis scaled up a little taller for the regular size, but they look awesome. The weapons do not look as oversized on the final products, but some of them could be better. The Rapier looks more like a longsword; but that's mostly to make sure it doesn't break too easily.

I got 4 of them and one of our other players painted them for me. I'll have them here next month when you join the group so you can see how they turned out.
