If anyone has a little bit of programming experience and wants to take on what I think will be a fairly easy project, I'd be willing to negotiate a payment either through in-game means, in-game means for premium items or months of game time, or out-of-game compensation, though in-game is preferred, just to see GW get rewarded as well.
I want a Wordpress plugin that allows people to register as users and create want lists, have lists, and private or public management lists for recipes and spells, and a search option that matches people who have a recipe on their want list that another person has on their have list and vice versa. In other words, I want a user recipe/expendable management system with capabilities to match users for potential trades.
I want to give the community first crack at this, which is why I'm posting it here. PM me if interested. This would be for The Crusader Road Post Dispatch, my PFO news site with classified ads for trading and auction house notifications.

My guess is that you are dramatically underestimating the fair value of the project that you are soliciting bids for.
I base that mostly on the premise that you thing a Wordpress plugin is an appropriate tool for that. It is also possible that I have a different understanding of what you want.
I am not a competent programmer; I just interact with a lot of people who are.

I could probably make what you are describing on pathfinderonlinehq.com in a day, it's what I do for my day job. A of the projects I work on for our business are membership-based websites.
Most of the recipes are already plugged in to my website's database so I could hook into it pretty easily and rapidly. It already has user registration for people to create pages and list their companies and guilds as well, so that component is already available.
Drop me a line if you are interested.

@Capitalocracy,
Sorry to change subject for something similar that might also be of use to your trade channel....
@Doc, can your website does this resource lookup?

Giorgo, if you open Dazyk's tool and leave all filters unchecked, then go to Components and find the one you're looking for, it will filter the previous sections and only show the recipes that use those ingredients. So in effect, you can do that with Dazyk's tool.
I must have been doing something wrong because I couldn't get it to work, I will try it your way and see. Thanks. :)
