Nice. :-)

For a hint as to what Levee might be like, I suggest reading Richard Pett's book: Crooked. But don't read it late at night and don't dream...

Gnome God Name:

Greskechubil.

Or, if the owner's name has to come first, Bilgreskechu.

;)

Pathfinder Creative Director, Frog God Games

Hahahahahahahahaha! That's great, DaveMage. :-) We won't tell Matt he didn't make the cut.

Actually, that works better:

All hail Bilgreskechumat!

Bilgreskechumat is awesome! Makes me think of an obscure demon lord, similar to Blibdoolpoolp.

Layout and Design, Frog God Games

I wouldn't include Matt. He hates gnomes. :p

That actually sounds like a good Dragon name....

Tiamat's 17-headed cousin.

Tiamat's cousin is called Biamat in the uk. Yarp.

Swings both ways, yes?

Contributor

Not quite - biamat, as in beer-mat, maybe its a British thing...

more like a pronunciation thing, I'm a Kiwi/Brit and I thought the same. bye-a-mat not bee-a-mat. I say tie-a-mat not tee-a-mat :D

Biamat sounds Bostonian

The Splinters of Faith has a number of deities I could use information on:

Dargath, Ayianna’s daughter, Iseleine, Voard, and Ninevah.

Pathfinder Creative Director, Frog God Games

The Splinters of Faith adventures take place on the continent of Libynos. Though there is some overlap between them and deities of Akados (Hecate, Muir, etc.), the others are deities that will get further development when he expand our campaign world to detail Libynos (the first campaign expansion will be Libynos). The initial campaign setting will primarily detail Akados, however (though it will touch on a few parts of Libynos as well). So we'll get to those after we've gotten these out the door. So far they're not on my list of 264, though it time and space permits, I might add them in as a preview.

Ok, I looked them up in the modules (yeah, I was lazy what can I say?) I have set at least the first one on Akados.

Pathfinder Creative Director, Frog God Games

You can certainly do that for your campaign. In canon they will be on the SE coast of Libynos in an area heavily colonized years ago by the City-State of Castorhage (The Blight), and some other areas of the Hyperborean Empire, particularly the province of Pontos Island (now the Kingdom of Oceanus). There may be one other colonizing influence involved in the area's Akadian-style origins, but that is still in the works.

Any updates on Sword of Air?

Pathfinder Creative Director, Frog God Games

I'll ask Bill, Michael.

Cool. Just hadn't heard in a while (or if I did, I forgot - that happens!) so thought I'd ask.

Thanks!

Bill got the test printings of Sword of Air from the printer about a week or so ago. They've been approved. That's as much as I know at this point.

LOL, Chuck, did he also call you from his back porch to tell you for about 15 minutes straight how awesome it looks? I swear, he was like Gollum with the "Precious" when he got those proofs.

Those of us in the Northeast would like you tell us what this "back porch" is like since none of us have been able to spend more than a few minutes outside in four months.

Unless we're shoveling snow, then we're outside for two hours.

Layout and Design, Frog God Games

Yes, Matt, he did <laugh>

Someone just pointed out this thread to me....

Last we heard was around spring break which was a few weeks ago. So we are looking around May or June maybe?

Layout and Design, Frog God Games

I know that we want to have them by NTX.

Cyclopean Deeps 2 will not be shipping the same time as Sword of Air.

Any ballpark time-frame for it? Vol. 1 is really really good!

I think it's just now going to layout, so I'd think it will probably be coming this summer.

Quick FYI:

The Lost Lands: Cults of the Sundered Kingdoms KS launch is eminent. The text for the KS page is being drafted as we speak, so we should be seeing it kick off within the next few weeks. I'll be sure and post here as soon as we go live.

I am soooo going to need to recover from the Dwarvenforge KS that ends today. Please do not be in too much of a hurry...

Dang it!!!

You know what I meant [mutter, mutter]

I'm sure this has been covered, I just don't see it right off hand - will Cults of the Sundered Kingdom be released in S&W format as well as PF?

Pathfinder Creative Director, Frog God Games

Yes, it will be in both PF and S&W formats. We're not going to do it in 5e at this time while we still work to get a handle on what that market is wanting (though we might do it in 5e later), but it will definitely be in both PF and S&W.

I hope FGG continues to offer a "Herald" option on the KS (PF and S&W backer). I'm not running PF anymore, though I would still like the complexity and write-up to convert over 2e. I also like having the OE (S&W) version as a good comparison, baseline and final proof for my 2e conversion.
Weird, yes - at this point being able to get both with one KS offering works the best for me.

Pathfinder Creative Director, Frog God Games

I think we can probably do that. :-)

Scarab Sages

Any chance of a Blight/Levee related game session at Paizocon this year? That would go straight to the top of my lottery list.

I'd kinda like an option where you get the hardcopy book in one system (S&W for me), but you get PDFs for both systems.

Sorry, we won't have anything from The Blight ready in time for this year. We ran a Blight adventure a couple years ago, but it was a super-long, multiple-day session so it's difficult to wrangle. We will have some Northlands Saga and Cults of the Sundered Kingdoms stuff though.

I'll see what we can do. We're working on the details of the Cults KS right now.

OMG OMG OMG OMG!!! I just found this thread. I missed out on 3.x of 'the game', so I didn't get hip to FGG until about 2012. You guys seem like a great company and I am seriously looking forward to your material. I have the Tome of Horrors Complete for PF and the Tsar Saga. Those things are amazing.
I am a HUGE fan of campaign settings, and I can't believe you're putting together your work in such a thorough manner. That's HUGE.
Also, I love all things Lovecraftian. I understand that the blight messes with the mind. That is good.

Ia, Ia.

Ok, I'll keep an eye out for those.

Look for Raven Banners Over Gatland and Shades of Yellow. Those are the Northlands and Cults adventures I'll be running.

As stated elsewhere, if you are interested in The Blight, check out Richard Pett's book Crooked. It takes place in "The Blight with the serial numbers filed off." I got it through a kickstarter, but you can get a copy on that big online retailer staffed entirely by strong powerful warrior women. Crooked is... weird. Very weird, but good.

I would gladly run a Blight adventure for FGG at a future PaizoCon.

Hell, I'd write one for Blight if you asked me to. :^ )
