What do you mean by "gear"? Weapons, magic items, other?

Just a quick check of Ultimate Equipment turns up the following.
Mundane weapons with a bonus to (usually some) sunder checks: Bec De Corbin, Lucerne Hammer, Sai, Swordbreaker Dagger, Tekko-Kagi.
Adamantine bypasses (most) hardness when sundering.
Magic weapon properties that improve sundering: Valiant (cavalier only)
Specific magic weapons: Shatterspike, Shieldsplitter lance
Other magic items: Ring of Steelhand Circle, Gloves of Dueling (Fighter Weapon Training buff)
