Round 3: Create a Newark Rutabaga Entry
Create a rutabaga-style moon monster native to Newark including ugly eel, snaky convergence, and ostentatious monster lizard, in 3,654 to -25 words.
Entry Limitations:
Entry must be a CR 4, 16, or 64 monster.
Monster must be native to, and appropriate for, Newark.
Entry must be a new moon monster (not world-neutral or set on a world other than the moon)....................
