This was shipped from your warehouse in early November and it still hasn't arrived through my letter box , I also sent an email to customer services last week which hasn't been replied to hence this new thread. I look forward to your reply

I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet! Currently it is on about business day 28 or so of an estimated 9-36 business days. Unfortunately standard postal delivery can sometimes take the full estimate to arrive at its destination. If it hasn't reached you by January 5th, please let us know and we can get a replacement in with the January subscription shipment.

I apologize for the lack of email response. Our backlog is getting whittled down but we are still battling with quite a few emails and unfortunately your query was caught up in that.
