Paladin Morality Debate (that is totally unrelated to other existing threads)

Gamer Life General Discussion

I've been wondering this for quite a while, but due to the specifics of the question and to avoid upsetting people, I have been asked to spoiler my question.

A Question of Lasting Interest:
"If a paladin falls from Glory, does he land prone?"

That depends on whether he and Glory were wed.

The Exchange

Paladins are not prone to fall from glory, so I would go with no.

It depends if the paladin had been standing at the Hole of Glory...

This is a really sticky subject around here.

It is indeed often sticky near a Hole of Glory...

He also fell when he left Glory seeking out the child of Destiny.

Shadow Lodge

Y'all are so bad. Now I have to go blow my nose to clear the cola from my sinuses.

I find that Boots of the Cat help wondrously in this regard.

It's worth noting that it states that the minimum amount of damage from falls is universal (nothing says it has to be HP), so that includes emotional damage, too.

But fallen paladins are generally prone to all sorts of things, so I say yes.

Thank you, Davor. That made me laugh out loud. Well done.
