↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

At the moment, the February 2015 New Release Shipping thread is sticky and features at the top of the Customer Service page, but this one is and does not.
Will the last Chapter of the Big Finish RotR be in January or February's shipments?
I thought I had seen them listed under "Subscription Products by other Publishers" in previous months' threads, but I'm guessing they fell off since the subscription never manifested?
It is not looking like the preorder of the Battles Iconic minis set will make it into subscription orders for January's new releases.
I see in the February posting that set 1 will be shipping in February instead (can't reply in that thread yet). Will set 2 also ship in February, or is everything getting pushed out one month?

I don't actually know. I only have dates for when we are supposed to expect Set #1 at our warehouse.

My current information suggests it will be February; since we are not the direct publisher, the shipping information for when it is due to arrive at our warehouse takes a bit longer to filter down to me. I try not to add things to these lists unless I have received, at the very least, an expected delivery date.
Updated to move Campaign Setting: Belkzan, Hold of the Orc Hordes to February.
Oh Well...at least my FLGS has my pre pay money earlier than they thought...trying to match the setting with the new adventure paths release ?

Edited to remove Modules: Daughters of Fury from January and move it to February.

Drat and Bother! Now both of my FLGS pre pays are gone from Jan like the Titanic.......:(
Any reasons why both were shifted to Feb?
Crap. I'd have included a pawn box in my holiday discounted order if I'd known that four days ago.
Um so can the rest of us use or electronic devices?

Was just going to come in here and say "Hey, where is my Pathfinder Advantage discount" but thankfully I took the time to read the tread and noted the issue has already been spotted. Of course then why did I take the time to write this... bored at work is the answer I am go to go with.
Yeah, my shipping seems off too.
After the ten dollar discount, i have one package at $67 (which seems about right) and one at $117 (which seems more like two packages).
Maybe the system has split the shipment and forgotten to subtract package one from the total?
I am also being charged for my subscription items twice. ALso the amount authorised on the card is basically double the cost of the (inflated) order.

After the ten dollar discount, i have one package at $67 (which seems about right) and one at $117 (which seems more like two packages).
Maybe the system has split the shipment and forgotten to subtract package one from the total?
One box is 16x16x16 and 6 lbs and the other is 13x11x7 and 17 lbs. Its correct for what we estimate the packages to be. I'll go over the items tomorrow morning and make sure the weights and dimensions of the products are all correct.

The physical components of the 5 bundles you have ordered moved into this order but the base "parent" part of the bundle and the PDF did not. The order was adding the price of the bundle which gets charged when the print portion ships to the total but not including it in the subtotal. I am moving the parent line items to this order so that the prices aren't so confusing.
Something is still a little twitchy with the total and I need Gary's help to look into it tomorrow morning.

That number looks correct for UPS Ground which is the method set on your My Subs page.Shipping for my order seems high. Do I need to start another thread, or can you take a quick peeky-poo?

Thanks for checking. I might drop back down to "cheapest" starting next month because shipping costs are starting to get prohibitively expensive. :|

UPS and FedEx rate increases take effect in January each year so it's a [not] nice post-holiday surprise. :(
It's odd - What just a few months ago would have shipped in one priority box is now shipping in the priority box and another box :(
It just seems weird that the little box for the card game has to be shipped separate.
Which is especially sad because they always used the flat-rate boxes for orders almost identical to this one.
The "My Subscriptions" page is still wonky, right? I was just wondering because it doesn't show this month's adventure path. It shows all the rest of the upcoming, up to March. I'm not too worried because I know that that page has had it's gremlins the last couple of months. Thanks.

I've restarted the auth (Auth C) with the fixes in place. I am still waiting to hear back from the tech team about the resolution for orders with either the incorrect discount (Auth A) or the incorrect shipping (Auth B). Not everyone in Auth A and B were affected by the issues so the majority of people will not see changes.
