Maybe the Strangler archetype would be good for them, since it replaces Brawler's flurry?

Strangler is a shaky archetype.

But yeah, Skinwalker Brawler works great. Just grab one of the bonuses from shifting other than natural attacks. Natural Armor is shiny, for example.

Trying to do a natural weapon Brawler gets weird, and I probably wouldn't recommend it.

What would be a good class for a skinwalker who does focus on natural weapons?

Barbarian, possibly Dawnflower Dervish bard.

Barbarian/Bloodrager
Alchemist
Maybe druid

Barbarian is superb.

Go Ragebred and grab the Extra Feature Feat. You now have 3 Natural attacks (2 Hooves and a Gore). Take the Adopted Trait to take the Tusked Race Trait from Orcs of Golarion to get a bite attack (easily justifiable as being a Half-Orc or Orc born Skinwalker...and stackable with a bite because, well Gargoyles do it). That last one's maybe a little iffy, I admit.

Grab two levels of Barbarian and take Lesser Beast Totem Power for two claws. You now have 6 Natural Attacks (or 5 if you skip the Trait) at level 2.

You then proceed to get the rest of the Beast Totem line as they become available, and whatever other rage powers you like (The Superstition to Spell Sunder line plus Strength Surge and Come and Get Me is optimal). Works very well indeed.

Ranger, Slayer can take the Natural Combat Style to get some nice bonuses.

Monk is also pretty good with Feral Combat Training. I recommend Weapon Adept.

Ragebred and 2 levels of Barbarian, Bloodrager, Ranger or Slayer is devastating. 5 natural attacks with no legality questions at level 2 (level 1 for Bloodragers.)
