What is rage cycling?

Can someone explain the term rage cycling? I have not play a barbarian and don't know what the term means.

It refers to entering and exiting rage to gain the benefit of once per rage powers multiple times in a combat. With the ability to ignore fatigue to make it work, of course.

There are certain rage powers that are "once per rage". Whenever you exit rage you are fatigued for a number of rounds equal to the amount of rounds you raged. So you could theoretically rage and use your rage power and then exit rage and be fatigued the next round and then the round after that you could rage again.
Some have improved on that strategy by somehow either becoming immune to getting fatigued, meaning that you can enter/exit rage every single round or they have found a very effective (read quick) method of removing fatigue

The most straightforward way involves simply waiting till 17th level when you get Tireless Rage and rage cycling becomes freely available to any Core barbarian (or archetype that does not trade that away).

Most of the other methods involve abilities or items that let you do a similar thing at lower levels.
