I've looked into your order and there isn't anything in particular that is holding it up. Shipping turnaround has been a bit slower recently because of the influx of orders during the Great Golem Sale.

Mot an official answer, but the holdup would be the backlog of lots and lots and lots of orders that they're still working through thanks to the big sale.
