My God, it's full of stars.
Makes you wonder how it survived as long as it did before hitting the broad side of a house. So glad it's being cared for now.
As a kid, I cared for a screech owl with a broken leg. I made a little splint for its leg and fed it birds I hunted and brought to it. When it healed I let it go near our barn.
Screech owls don't care about your good intentions. Ouch.
