Which ways are there to get attacks in addition to what you normally get? I'm not speaking about additional attacks on a full attacks but generally bonus attacks.
Some I found:
- Equipment trick (example hurl scabbard: Throw scabbard at enemy when quick-drawing) Swift action
- Charging hurler (Throw a weapon in addition to making the charge attack.) Part of the charge
- Hurtful (Get a bonus attack after demoralizing a foe) Swift action
Medusa's wrath and step up and strike offer options but are more specialized. Because they need certain circumstances.
Then there are ways to get AoOs. But are there additional ways like the above? Best those that stack.
spiked destroyer get you a free swift attack when you overrun.
so with greater overrun(including improved overrun) you get +4 to overrun and if you sucseed you get 1 swift attack. then if you got by +5 or more and the target is prone (some things can be overrun but not dropepd prone, as snakes etc) you get an attack of opertunity on it with prone bonus.
and if it tires to get up on it's tuen you might get 1 more aoo,in case you have combat reflexs.this too from a prone +4 to attack posision.
The third level of Snake Style allows you to take an attack of opportunity every time an opponent misses you, and once per turn, if such an AOO hits, you can spend an immediate action to attack again.
Granted, these are AOO's and not regular attacks, but coupled with a good Dex, Combat Reflexes, and a decent AC, either opponents aren't going to be attacking you, or you're going to beat them up when they try to.

Spiked destroyer is nice with shield slam too.
Shield bash->free bullrush->swift shield bash->second free bullrush
Do shield spiked count as armor spikes for spiked destroyer?What should work is shieldbash-> free bullrush -> swift attack with armor spikes.
You mean Shield Slam. Yeah. Also, take Greater Bull Rush and you pass out Attacks of Opportunity to your Allies.
Take Paired Opportunist via levels in Cavalier, Inquisitor or one of those other tactician archetypes, and you get to make those attacks of opporutnity, too. You AoO can be another shield slam, triggering another round of AoOs.
There's Great Cleave, of course. Use a Reach Weapon and Armor Spikes, and you can Cleave opponents adjacent to you and within Reach. If you are using a Whip, you can take Feats to make your Reach pretty far.
Someone mentioned Panther Style feats. How about Snake Style Feats? Every time someone attacks and misses you, you get an Attack of Opportunity.
Get a Crown of Swords, too. If they miss, Snake Fang, if they hit a Spiritual Sword pops out and attacks them.
How about Great Cleave and Broken Wing Gambit?
Get a Quickdraw Throwing Shield. Take the Quickdraw Feat. Acquire a Blinkback Belt. Throwing a throwing Shield is a Free Action. The 'Belt teleports it back immediately. Re-drawing your shield will be a Free Action, too. Perhaps your GM will let you Throw it again....
Hamatula Strike: every time you hit with a Piercing Weapon, you get a free Grapple Check. If you are wearing Armor Spikes, you get the bonus damage.
Witch's White Hair comes with sort of a Grab and also Constrict.

Snapping Flank is listed as a Combat and Teamwork feat even though it's from the Monster Codex. If it's legal and you meet the BAB +9 prerequisite you've got a Swift Action bite attack against a foe you and your teamwork ally are both flanking.
Pack Flanking + Outflank + Snapping Flank = at the very least a +13 Swift bite for both you and your Animal Companion (if your AC has access to your Teamwork feats).
