Digging with USPS a bit more I get "Your item was undeliverable as addressed at 10:01 am on November 12, 2014 in COEUR D ALENE, ID. It is being returned if appropriate information is available."

So its on its way back to us most likely, but looking at the order from my end nothing I see would explain why it was undeliverable. Please take a look at the address on the order in your order history and if it is incorrect, send customer service an email with the correct address. If the address is correct, we need to wait until we get the package back to see why it was undeliverable.

Hi Sara, I've actually been in touch with Diego via email. It seems to have a comedy of errors on part of the local Post Office. I will keep you posted. Thanks again!
