I am looking for a very fast way to qualify for Eldritch Knight, pushing even beyond the existing level 3 (Wizard/Arcanist 1/some martial class 1/EK 1).
I am looking for ways to get >technical< proficiency with all martial weapons at level 1 with a 9-level arcane caster class.
1) This is a non-PFS game, but everything must be printed by Paizo (i.e. no 3rd-party) and Pathfinder compatible.
2) I have one mythic tier to work with.
The goal is to either:
a) Enter EK at level 2 with a full caster class.
b) Enter EK with a unique but power combination impossible to do without the mythic tier.
I had thought about doing Aasimar Scion of Humanity w/ racial heritage (some humanoid with martial weapon proficiency) plus mythic racial heritage, but I only found two humanoid type races with martial weapon proficiency and they were both by Frog God Games and thus excluded (no offense FGG, they were good monsters).
I am not interested in a Magus or Skald.
My plan Bs are an Aasimar Sohei Empyreal Sorceror or a Shaman's Apprentice Half-Orc Verminous Hunter 1 / Arcanist 1 with Endurance, Diehard, Fast Healer, and a decent Con.
Better ideas?

Requirements
To qualify to become an eldritch knight, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Weapon Proficiency: Must be proficient with all martial weapons.
Spells: Able to cast 3rd-level arcane spells.
How can you get 3rd-level arcane spells before level 5 ?
I guess getting some 3rd-level arcane spell does not count.revaar |

This FAQ, which came out a while ago, states that being able to use spell like abilities counts as being able to cast spells of the level of the spell like ability. It's a pretty controversial ruling, and might not be accepted at all tables, but it is legal at PFS, and many builds that come from these boards use it to qualify for early entry into PrC's.
As for the OP, I'm not aware of any humanoid races that grant proficiency with all martial weapons, since most humanoid races are granted proficiency by class. I'm assuming that you want to only want to be lacking 1 spell level, as opposed to missing 2 that most EK builds have. You could mitigate this somewhat by being a Wizard EK, who gains higher level spells a level earlier than the sorcerer and arcanist builds you are thinking about.

3rd level is pretty much the useful minimum entry for Eldritch Knight.
You could enter it at level 2 if you play a bloodrager with the appropriate racial spell like ability to count as 3rd level spell casting. However, this is almost worthless as the bulk of the bloodrager's ability is not in casting spells, which is the main thing that eldritch knight advances.
There is just no real way around this. No full 9th level spell progression class has all martial weapon proficiencies, and those are about the only classes worth going into Eldritch Knight. There is no race that grants it, nor is there a feat.
Anything else is just going to make a less effective character.
You're just going to have to suck it up and accept that you need a level in a 9th level spell casting class and a level in a full BAB class with all martial weapon proficiencies.

I don't believe Native Outsiders get the profs.
Some do -- but only if they have racial hit dice. Thus, the ones who qualify as player character races only gain the proficiencies from their class(es).

Don't outsiders get proficiency with all simple and martial weapons? Wouldn't that make Aasimar the perfect choice? I may be missing something, of course.
Monsters who have at least 1 racial HD do because they are not built with classes per se, but natives without HD do not unless the Bestiary says so.
Basically full simple and martial prof is too powerful of a buff to already powerful native outsider races. Remember how Pathfinder rules work: there are broad generalizations that cover many things, but there are more specific rules when the broad generalizations do not work.
Basically it is why every single outsider that has more than 1hd does not have
Weapon Proficiency
This creature is trained in the use of all simple and martial weapons.
in its description because that would be silly and take up space. Instead they can put that generalization in the Outsider description. The profs come from its effective "monster level."
Just imagine if the generalizations from each and every type and sub-type were in every single monster's description. Most would need to breath, eat, sleep, poop, and eventually die of old age. Does that need to be in every single description? No.
Accept that you can get early access to EK as an Aasimar and enjoy the benefits: you don't need to cheese the system to get there by 2, and at the same time many GMs should and likely will tell you "no."

This ruling spawned someone to go all out in finding the tricks of early PrC qualification using SLAs. Its an interesting read.
