Basic question is the deck I first create for my character "set in stone"?

Ok so I know I need to use the B cards from my initial deck building.

My question is after each adventure (other than my new "1" rewards I might have gotten) can I change out the other B cards for different ones or am I "stuck" with what I chose the first time around?

Hope this makes sense.

You are stuck with what you have. You can't go back to the box unless you don't have enough cards.

Also, you have to choose B with the basic trait.

Welcome to PACG and good luck on your adventure.

Ok thanks.

Let say I get a weapon 1 as a reward. I then replace with one of the B weapons on my deck. The B weapon I replaced it with goes back in the box and that is it.

Correct. At the end of the scenario you gather up any cards in your hand, displayed in front of you, in your discard or buried pile or in your character deck (your draw pile). You combine the upgrade and any reward with them, then rebuild your character deck from those cards. If, and only if, you don't have enough cards of a certain type, you can get one from your class deck box to fill the hole. But it has to follow the same rule as when you built your character, meaning Basic Bs if they are available.
