In memory of those who have fallen...

Heggal in Heaven's Wrath:

Heggal the Affable was a kind soul. Alway willing to share a pint or two with friends, he was always willing to lend a hand and his divine power to those in need. Ever the friendly halfling, he tried to talk his way out of difficulties rather than take up arms and fight. Sadly Heggal perished today when attempting to convince a Siren that his friends were not food. Heggal followed that sweet siren call down to Davey Jones' locker. Heggal will surely be missed. Please raise a pint to this pint sized cleric!

Hic,

Grand Lodge

An honorable mention of Melindra who passed one week ago today. She fought valiantly but ultimately paid the price when exploring Shark Island alone. There was a wave of a wand, a flash of gnawing teeth and she was gone beneath the waves.

She will almost be missed.

And a healthy reminder to those of you out there wandering near (a) Shark Island, always bring a weapon or an attack spell if you plan an extended stay ... good looks and the evade power just won't cut it.

Lantern Lodge

Ah Valeros, ya cunning bastich, we hardly knew ye. A heart of gold beat in that well-armored chest, and ya took on not just adventure and monsters, but noobs as well. Noobs who thought that it was all a game, and DIDN'T DAMN WELL LISTEN when Valeros told them that without healing he would die soon.

MORTIFIED LOOKS AND EMBARRASSED SILENCE aren't worth a grindylow's fart in a windstorm when Valeros slumped over bleeding out from dozens of wounds after protecting you all.

So let Valeros' lesson be one for ye all. Noobs will kill ye faster than any monster.

5/5 5/5 Venture-Captain, Idaho—Boise

In memory of Wrathack,

You thought - why not? I can't take any damage. What's the worst the cards can do to me?

Then you had to bury from your draw pile, only to find out, there were very little cards left. Oh Wrathack, you will be missed but never forgotten.

Grand Lodge

Here lies Lem... Or he would, if we'd found the body. He went Into The Woods and never emerged. (Word is that he went skinny dipping in the Abyssal River to impress the Kyra twins and... the less said about it, the better.) He will be missed most for his unique ability to grab all the spells and blessings.

It is the words of his comrades that grant the most comfort to those who knew him. "Could you play someone with Dex this time?"

May Iomedae, in whose name he quested, watch over his soul... Unless it's actually IN the Abyss, in which case, tough luck, little guy.

-Sajan: Warrior, Wanted man (Has the death sentence in 1 system), d10 Dex

O Seelah, thou bright and unflinching flame!

Why'd you have to be so emo, cutting yourself over and over to help people with their checks? Why didn't you count how many cards were left in your deck?

--Shardra, carrier of many Cure spells

(#WrathfulTuesdays on Twitter will chronicle the continuing adventures of Scott Spalding's Seoni, Erik Keith's Adowyn, Diego Valdez's Alain, and my 2.0 Shardra.)

Wait, Shadra and Adowyn in a discussion about PFSACG obituaries...

(nah, it's probably Wrath base, but it was fun to fantasize about anyway)
