Thanks for bringing your order to our attention. I've double checked things, and it looks like, while the inventory for the items is good, the volume of items on the order is making something in the shipping code break, so the system has not be able to pull the packing list.
It looks like it will take some poking and prodding for our side to make things work. I'll follow up with you as soon as I know more.

I've tinkered with your order some to make it fit into boxes that will actually work and be able to ship. I have the items split up over 4 orders on your account. They are currently suspended until you have a change to review them and approve them (or not).
Let us know if things look good, or if you want to make any changes or cancel anything.

I'll be honest, I can't follow the original order costs/shipping etc to these new 4 orders.
The old one should have been for a certain quantity and was paid. If the new 4 orders are of the same quantity and are paid already (or it ended up costing less) then I'm officially signing off on the changes.
If not, could you explain so I can understand what is what? What changes are relevant (quantity or cost) etc.

I thought it was 20 copies of each when I was looking at things the other day (it looks like the system did something weird when I tried splitting things up, and left an extra 7 Key Largos on order 3344248). Currently, I have things set to ship 20 copies of each game.
The extra 7 copies of Key Largo would have to ship in their own box anyway. If you want those those to be sent to, just let us know. Otherwise, we will just be sending the 20 of each that were on the order originally. Thanks!
