Sorry to hear that.
Option 1: If you didn't buy it from Paizo, exchange it for a new one where you bought it. They can send it back to their distributor, who sends it back to Paizo.
Option 2: If you bought it from Paizo, or returning it where you bought it isn't possible, contact customer service. They'll get it fixed for you.
If you do contact customer service, I recommend calling or posting. It will probably get the quickest response.
