Order 3322176 question

A few days ago, my forthcoming credit transactions showed I was about to pay a Paizo order for my pawn subscription. Which is normal, as I have the subscription and understand how the game works.

Today, the forthcoming transaction charge is completely gone. The order has been pending since the 7th. The auto charge doesn't look like it's going through now.

I'm confused. Am I still good to go?

Hello Sun,

It looks like your order #3322176 was actually processed for shipping sometime earlier today, so you should be receiving a shipping confirmation email shortly, if you have not already.

As for the payment, we do not finalize charges until orders are processed for shipping, but there will sometimes be a temporary authorization on your account when the order is first created. Some banks choose to display these as pending transactions, others don't. Those authorizations are just temporary holds, however, and they usually expire on their own within a few days if the order is not finalized. When the authorization expires, it does not affect the order at all, it just releases the temporarily held funds back to your account until the order is ready to finalize.

Long story short: no problem! If your authorization expires, we just try again when we are actually ready to send out the order. This specific order should be on the way to you already. :)
