Oratory please.

Singing is more about pitch control, oratory is about the pleasurable concatenation of lexicon.

That's good. Oratory is the Versatile Performance I always like selecting first.

It's one time the player must attempt what his PC does. If he can't freestyle about the topic, penalise his die roll.

Except singing is about MUCH more than just pitch control. :P

Are you asking because you or someone you're playing with/going to be playing with intends to use the Perform skill for rapping?

Are you asking just in a theoretical sense?

In either case, I'd go with whatever the player feels their character's style of rapping fits best.


Partly theoretical, mostly because it's an amusing concept.
