Order will not go through...3 days now

I would like to pay for my order but I keep getting booted out before conformation. Please take my money!!!

I am just sad when I see that my order is somehow reduced as the items I wanted to order for several days are unavailable now....;(

4 for me too now. And yep, my cart is losing items too.

If I didn't like the stuff, I'd avoid this site like the plague. It always gives me issues.


Had to drop order to under 50 products. All is good now. Had to create 2 shipments and I assume it will cost me more. No combine option. Downfall of living in Canada.

I'm sorry you've been having trouble submitting orders! We've been noticing on some of the larger orders that the system has been having trouble finalizing them. We're very sorry for any inconvenience.

The tech team has made a couple of changes to the shipping code, so that it may be able to process larger orders better now. If anyone is still having trouble, please let us know, and we can try submitting the order from our side.
