Do the PCs get any artifact weapons in the Ap?

Wrath of the Righteous

I don't have access to my books right now and it occurred to me that if they don't get any weapon artifacts one of the PCs will need to spend two mythic path abilities to make a lesser artifact weapon to permanently kill any tier 10 mythic opponents they face.

Soon can someone please tell me if any weapon artifacts (sword, dagger, mace etc) can be acquired and used without horrific penalties or is the only way through spending 2-3 mythic abilities. Don't need to tell me what or where just a yes they can or no they need to spend mythic path selections us fine thanks.

A scimitar in book 5 and several of the major villains in book 6 have artifact weapons

Thanks so there are ways for PCs to handle tier 10 foes if necessary.

i'm not even sure if there is a 10 tier opponent except one or two optional fights

There are mythic rank 10 enemies, but not tier 10 and tier is what gets the conditional immortality.
