Greetings Team! Sorry to bug you once again, but there was two questions that came up with my order.
1. I noticed my card was authorized for $30, but my total purchases was way over that. I was curious when a second authorization might be coming through or what could be triggered to make sure my order gets shipped out in a timely fashion.
2. Also, I noticed that the PACG mat is being shipped out by itself. Is that a normal thing or is it possible to save me some shipping by putting it into a box with the other items, even if I have to change shipping options. Just looking to explore the possibilities.

1) Sometimes the system is weird and only authorizes part of the order (like the shipping and handling order something). We have not quite found the rhyme or reason to the madness over there, but typically things end up fine when the order is finalized for shipping.
2) THe PACG mat only ships by itself. It's really awkwardly shaped and sized, so it doesn't actually fit into any of our boxes well (except for maybe the HUGE boxes, but then shipping prices would skyrocket). The factory packaging is sturdy enough that we are just shipping it as a single item in it's original packaging. That is the cheapest way for it to ship.
