When a barrier is undefeated and left face-up on top of a deck, what happens when you play Bouyancy at that location?

Put the card from the bottom of the deck just below the face up card (i.e the first facedown card). The face up card requires that you leave it as the top card of your location. And you can't render it not face up until you resolve the conditions that left it face up.
