Permanent Shillelagh?

Advice

What would it take to permanently add Shillelagh to my druid's "Rounders" (Baseball) bat?

Grand Lodge

DM fiat.

In theory, 2000g for a custom magic item of a continuous CL1 Shillelagh spell, though it would require DM fiat and never be able to be upgraded as a weapon, because the spell requires a nonmagical weapon and doesn't itself scale.

Scarab Sages

The Permanency spell doesn't have Shillelagh listed, but given it's a Level 1 spell it would be a fair extrapolation to list it at 2,500gp and require a caster level 9th, in line with other Level 1 spells.

However, whether or not you can do this is entirely down to the GM's discretion, though given Magic Fang and Greater Magic Fang are allowed, it seems reasonable.

Grand Lodge

That would be equivalent to a +1 Impact Club.

That would be a +3 Weapon.

I would price accordingly.

If the dm doens't allow continous, it's pretty easy and cheap to make something that is activated many times a day at least...

It's weird I could have sworn there was actually a special magic club that did this... Maybe I'm thinking of a different game...

There's the Beaststrike Club that lets you treat it as a natural weapon for the purposes of effects and expend a Wild Shape to bump its size category, meaning in theory you could have Improved Natural Attack, then cast Strong Jaw, and have a club hitting with quite a whallop. Not quite the same as permanent Shillelagh, though it is the required spell in the casting.

I don't know, but if it happens, see a doctor.
