I finally received my Skulls & Shackles Adventure Card Game subscription but there were no promo cards. Where are the promo cards I was supposed to get as part of my subscription?
They are coming with the character add-on deck this month. You should see them in your sidecart right now I think.

The promo cards are supposed to be sent out along with the Character Add-On deck. They are currently pending in your sidecart, to be sent out with you next available subscription shipment.
We should start generating September subscription shipments towards the end of next week. If you don't see the automatically join in your order at that point, let me know and I will go ahead and take a look to see what's going on.
I would be very glad to answer any questions that you may have in the meantime.

They weren't shown as in my sidecart when I looked and the order shows as completed.

After checking into your account, I can see the four promo cards (Ranzak, Mogmurch, Goblin Keelhaulin', and Goblin Wieldling) pending in your side cart, along with the Character Add-On deck. Once we start generating September orders at the end of this week, you should seem them jump in there. If they don't show up, please let me know and I'll be glad to move them over manually.

Thank you for checking. I've been having so many issues with my account of late that sometimes I don't know what's going on with my orders. I know you guys have been having troubles with the site and are working to resolve them.
