I had a question regarding Ancestral Ally.

Some of the mount choices (as animal companions) don't ever become large enough for the associated race to ride. Example being: Half Orcs and Bears.

How does this work? Are there stats for certain large animal companions that I'm missing?

Sadly, no.

There *is*, however, a feat ('Undersized Mount') that allows you to ride a mount the same size category as you are (so the aforementioned Half-Orc could ride a bear at level 4).
