What are some characters (of the above categories) do you have ideas for and would love to play. I'll go first.

1. a gnome who worships Zyphus, is a mortician by trade and cleric by class (who never heals people), was raised by hags in a swamp, hates fey, and is grumpy as heck.

and

2. A kitsune (once they're available) who is a first worlder summoner who summons a little fey bunny thing, values beauty over all else (and envies the natural beauty of the fey), will multiclass as a lotus geisha bard, and is a total fem fatale.

I would love to see some others.

Silver Crusade 1/5 *

I currently play a blackened aasimar life oracle. Before becoming an oracle, she was a pyromaniac. She ended up getting caught in a fire she set, and it put her in a coma. When she woke up, she was blackened and had oracle powers. She is a "devout" atheist who believes the blackened curse is actually the boon, and her life oracle powers actually the curse. She has sworn to hunt down whichever being did this to her and exact her revenge on them.

I play a 5 int tiefling paladin. When she was a child, she was traveling with her parents and twin brother (also a tiefling and another character of mine) when they were waylaid by bandits. She was hit in the head and left for dead. Some followers of Ragathiel found her unconscious and took her back to their monastery. When she woke up, she was brain damaged (the 5 Int thing). She has a devil of a time remembering anything, and is basically a point and shoot destruction and vengeance machine. Oh, and she loves shoes. She is not aware that her brother survived the incident.

Dark Archive 4/5

I just GM baby'd a Sylph Bloodrager, rogue. He has a 45 movement speed, and likes to pet people with his claws.

Dark Archive 3/5

A wayang cavalier may just show up in my collection of characters once they are legal. Literally, the Dark Knight. I'm Batman!

Shadow Lodge

I started a thread to get the torchbearer archetypes from the Dungeoneer's Handbook re-examined for sanctioning, as the only real reason I could see for them not being legal is being mistaken for being NPC-only (the book does say that anyone can take them), because I like the idea of a torch-wielding explorer beating enemies to death with his torches.

I mean, for an organization that supposed to be full of Indiana Jones wannabes, what could be more iconic than the torch-carrying explorer?

1/5

1 person marked this as a favorite.

A palidin who is really angry about it. he was forced unto by his father but isnt willing to give up the powers so he plays his code by the letter. when Sarenrae called him on it he threatened to turn antipalidin and slaughter hundreds so he gets by as technically lawful good helping people out but is still grumpy as hell about it and curses a lot.

Grand Lodge

I had a character in 2nd ed that was a crazy halfling gladiator. He went nuts when someone called him a halfling, mostly because he wasn't raised as one. He was captured along with his family and sold into slavery. He was owned by a sadistic master who had him raised as a human, and if anyone mentioned he was a halfling they would be punished. The halfling would fly into rages and loved pummeling people with his cestuses. He would sing dwarven battle hymns and wanted to die in battle. Nothing like a psycho halfling killer charging at you....

Sovereign Court

Not Pathfinder, so I don't know if it counts, but I played a gelatinous cube sorcerer once. Charisma through the roof.

Liberty's Edge

A tactician fighter I play as a film noir style detective.

Scarab Sages 5/5 5/55/55/5

Flutter here is something odd for a druid. She has a wild empathy focus. The build doesn't work well till level 5 or so when fast empathy kicks on, but its been a lot of fun since.

The charisma, human bonus to changing attitudes, and circlet of persuasion, and extremely fashionable trait give her a lot of punch in the increasingly popular social situations. Its also funny when someone sees an ooze and says "oo! social encounter! Or belly rubs bullettes and giant slugs into submission.

She's a (deliberately) somewhat under optimized druid , but still a druid with a lot of useful buff spells .
