This is exactly what I've been trying to verify and it's good to see the rules are in agreement. My ability to hear someone in the room is unaffected by Invisibility/Total concealment.

This rule also effectively separates the concept of generally hearing someone and identifying the square they are in. My only concern is with the clarity of the language: locate, notice, and perceive are all words that can be used interchangeably, but seem to suggest different things in the rules.

In any event, thank you Shadowlord.
Shadowlord wrote:As far as Perception (vision vs. other senses) this entry might shed some light, so to speak. It is written similarly to what you see in the Invisibility description, but a few differences make some things a little smoother:

Honestly, even if invisibility clearly had a +40 and +60 to stealth(for pinpointing) I would have nerfed it anyway. But if another GM feels that is ok he can always add it back in.. :)
Chess Pwn wrote:I still disagree about this point, "or a +20 bonus on Stealth checks if you're moving to avoid being pinpointed." per the rules it's a +20 to all stealth and other 20 to pinpoint.
