In less than 12 hours, the second land rush will be over. It’s been a fantastic experience that I hope we can carry with us into the game when they’re ready for us. I’ve encountered a lot of interesting and amazing people, here, and if building the game proves as entertaining as the pregame, we’ve all got a good time ahead. Lawful or Chaotic, Good or Evil, and most importantly, whether we agree on everything or not, I look forward to encountering your other selves as soon as we may.

Yer a good 'lil elfie, yup, ye is.

Yeah, in about 24 hours, we will all start getting serious about talking to our neighbors, since we will finally know who they really will be, setting up trade and non-aggression pacts, dividing up towers and creating alliances.

When land rush ends, can we hope for an end of recruiting posts in non recruiting threads.

Will settlements publish their support intents or only private negations.

You kidding? If anything, the smart companies/settlements may end up stepping up their game. ;D

Probably not.

The people to recruit are not on the forum. More the question, how will GW help settlements reach the 3/4 uninvolved. If those do not get involved, EE launch will be rough.

It will be interesting. It was tough to reach the 3/4 already. I would be surprised if it got easier now.

The 3/4 uninvolved are, to a very large extent, tabletop players and/or PFS members who saw a good deal on a big stack of PDFs they wanted. They're not engaged with the idea of PFO, but once we have a compelling and interesting product to show them we might be able to draw some in.

I would expect the best time to grab any of those who are going to come will be after the Great Catastrophe when we can actually start building a real settlement and a real economy. Capture the Flag (Tower) is not going to be what draws them in.

The Goblinworks Forums have dedicated sub-forums for Recruitment. I expect you'll continue to see Recruitment threads here until everyone who wants to recruit can reach everyone they want to recruit there.

The question wasn't about an end to recruitment threads, but as to recruitment posts popping up in non-recruitment threads. I imagine it will lessen after a few weeks, but not disappear. Expect a slight increase as folks try to cater to those who didn't place in the Land Rush.

I've said before what probably is needed to get more folks involved is to have Paizo in their weekly product update email, let everyone know about Pathfinder Online and where it is in development with a link to GW's website.

That would be the best way to pull in the table top gamers who want to see what the fuss is all about. :-)

Advertising outside of that probably should wait until we are closer to OE.
