Wyrwood, am I wrong?

Advice

1- A Wyrwood can be repaired without magic.
The craft skill of a carpenter or like craftsman can repaire a Wyrwood. Like a smith can repaire a +1 sword, or a seamstress can repaire a cloak of resistance.

2- The 2nd level spell, Make Whole is not the only spell that can repaire a Wyrwood.
A spell like "Lesser Make Whole". A Mage can come up with a 1st level, a lesser version, it's what mages do...

3- A Wyrwood can't be resurrected, but so what.
A Wyrwood has no soul, so there is nothing for the spell to do. The Craft Construct Feat is all that is needed to "restart" a fully repaired Wyrwood.

4- A Wyrwood is fully a magic construct.
A Wyrwood can't enter an anti-magic area, or see/feel something under a Nondetection spell.

5- A Wyrwood will allways be seen as property.

Well, for #2, you could use Infernal healing, since fast healing works on constructs. Also, look up Boots of the Earth, which gives fast healing 1 and some other benefits when they use a move action to plant their feet. It technically seems like a downgraded but infinite version of infernal healing (not very useful in battle, but great for freshening up afterwards), so it seems like a must buy for a Wyrwood.

#5- the property thing is a bit in dispute. Their background basically has them as proxy soldiers made by competing wizards. Eventually, the robots figured out the secret to making more of themselves, and they also decided that being cannon fodder sucked. So they rebelled, killed everyone involved, and then ferreted themselves away to form their own little communities. Afterwards, while everyone of them are taught the secret of their creation, they keep it a complete secret to prevent anyone from trying to enslave their kind again (which works oddly well since they are immune to most mind affecting effects, so things like zone of truth doesn't work)

Because they can act on their own and have at least some form of sentience, I am sure that there would be at least some who would be opposed towards making them mere objects to be bought or sold. Not to say they would entirely be welcome (they are described with a stereotypical robotic lack of empathy).
