Two items keep getting moved to the next month on my monthly subscription.

1x Pathfinder Battles—Reign of Winter: Standard Booster Case, $279.99
1x Pathfinder Battles—Reign of Winter: Gargantuan White Dragon, $10.00

Would it be easier to just make it a separate shipment? or Are they just not available anymore? If so could you remove them from the list?
