On June 15th I asked you to cancel my campaign setting subscription, before the map folio.
On June 28th I received an email from customer service confirming that my subscription was cancelled.
Despite that, today I received an order confirmation for that subscription.
Please cancel that order immediately!
I did not order that product and do not want it!
That is really bizarre. Thanks for letting us know about this!
I have double tapped the zombie subscription, so it should be down for good now. The pending order should be cancelled too.
