With PaizoCon behind us, July subscriptions are up at bat next. The weather in Redmond is hot and our July release schedule is even hotter!
The most notable part of July's releases is that we have a double release in the Pathfinder Adventure Path line. This happens when an earlier month is delayed and we need to play catch up before Gen Con where we release the first volume of the next Adventure Path (Iron Gods \m/ in this case).

↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is *ready to go* when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

Shipping is being calculated but not displayed on orders confirmation emails and on the order history page (though it does appear to be reflecting correctly in order totals). I'm waiting to hear back on when the ETA is for resolution.

Got my auth email. I can confirm that the shipping amount did not show up in the summary at the top, though the order total was correct. The shipping charge did show up at the bottom of the items list, though.

Do you know if the issue with International shipments over 4lb no longer being split to save on shipping will affect this subscription run?

I'm afraid to wake up tomorrow to discover my things set to ship into a single USPS Priority package instead of 2 or 3 Standard Postal packages as was usual up until April or May.

I'm letting auto pilot take over and will check to make sure we haven't crashed tomorrow morning. I'd warn you that stretching the auth run over more than one day might cause some issues with the view of your My Subscription page but its already having issues so...

"My Account" says that AP #83 and #84 won't even be authorized until July 31st, along with the first volume of Iron Gods (AP #85). I'm hoping this is an error?

Yes, it's the display error that's always caused by the order spawn. One part of the system say 'July subscription orders have been created' whilst another part says 'you do not have a July order', which means it shifts your July order into August. It will correct once your order is generated.

I don't know why, but statements like this always sound like a challenge - "How complicated an order would I need to make, to bring down their order spawning system...?"

Is it normal that at the time of the first email, the sidecart products are not added? Should I just wait and expect to see them add the sidecart products sometime between the first email and shipping, or should I post a customer service thread?

No, that is not normal. You do not need to start a new thread. I've added the missing item and sent you a new email.


Just a quick question: I know that the last two issues of Mummy's Mask are shipping together this month, and that's green. My subscriptions page said as much on Friday, stating that it was authorizing that day and would be shipped soon.

However, as of yesterday, my subscriptions page now says that authorization has been pushed back to the end of the month, and that the last MM books are now going to be charged and shipped with the first book of Iron Gods in August? Is anyone else seeing this glitch?

I was out and about running errands and figured I'd check back in. Looks like things finished up and its gone through all the subscribers. We did come across a few issues we need to resolve before we can ship and we need to give people some time to cancel so we'll be starting shipping on Wednesday.

If your subscription order has not been processed for shipping, you can still add items to it from the shopping cart:

From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.

In this case, if you scroll down to the bottom of the options, you should see the option to "Combine It" with your subscription order number, and the costs of different shipping methods.

Looking to see if we are going to be able to pick up our orders at GenCon again this year. If so when are will Paizo be adding that to subscription management so I don't miss it like a dolt.

We are. Gen Con sub pick up code is in testing to make sure it all works as there have been numerous changes to our subscription code since last year. We will send an email to all subscribers who have products they can pick up at Gen Con from subscriptions as soon as we are ready to go.

Is it sad that I am checking this thread, not because I have a subscription item for this month shipping, but because I'm so excited about next month's items and following this thread is the best way to see when the next month's stuff will ship?
