Character change question

I thought I read somewhere that when the ACG is released, players playing one of those classes will have a 1-time opportunity to change their character. Is that true?

The only thing that has been official said on the matter is the following, which is from the Additional Resources page, under the Advanced Class Guide Playtest section:

Additional Resources wrote:

You will be forced to update your character—adjusting only the features that have changed, not rebuilding entirely—once the Pathfinder RPG Advanced Class Guide is released.

So as of now, playtest characters will simply have a straight conversion to the final version of the class; unless you lose certain prerequisites during the conversion (such as your class losing proficiency in the armor you bought, or losing a feat that you used to qualify for something), you won't be able to change anything.

Where is the PDF for the proposed new character classes in the ACG? No, I do not mean the one that is purchased, but rather, the document that allows one to build a character.
