Four (4), since it isn't as powerful as being large (at 7 points), but doesn't have any of the downsides of being large either. I'm assuming you mean the powerful build racial trait from half-giants (Psionics Unleashed. Copyright 2010, Dreamscarred Press.)

I would say 4 or 5 to be more or less safe. Flight is 4 and sorta replicates a 3rd level spell constant effect (that is to say fly) while powerful build sorta replicates a 1st level constant effect (lead blades).
I am not sure if this is really advisable, though. Unlike a fly speed, size increases from lead blades and enlarge person would stack with the weapon size increase from large build. This might result in pretty dramatic increases in damage output for martial character that are able to get these buffs down. I probably would not want this in an official rule set, I guess.
I say treat it as a 4 point ability but also maybe ask your players not to build their characters around stepping up their damage size (like maybe smile and nod as the party caster casts enlarge person but frown upon the martial character picking up lead blades).
Those are my thoughts.

Looking at bloodrager. He was originally way back in second a barbarian. But with his planar heritage and love of fire I think bloodrager might be a better pick thematically. He also isnt very bright so he not really tactically or strategically adept. He more of a "Thok smash" type and "ooooohh pretty fire I make fire too". Type.

I'd say it would be a 4 RP advanced trait. If you nixed the ability to stack it with similar effects, I would make it a 4 RP standard trait.
I think that can be done most cleanly by specifying that enlarge person and other such effects would not increase the size of the race's weapons as they are already appropriately sized for a large creature.
