Store Credit Gone?!?

Hi Paizo CS,

I was just checking my My Account page, and it's saying I have no store credit. I could have sworn that I should have some left after my June sub shipment went out earlier this week.

Could somebody please take a look at this?

I had the same problem. They fiddled a bit, and put it back, but it was greatly painful matching up what they had to what I was supposed to have.

It would be really keen if the emails that stated they used store credit were a bit clearer ("$42.37 store credit, leaving $57.63").

I strongly suspect your credit isn't gone, it's just that another of the myriad bugs is hiding it.

(As an aside ... what in all that's holy happened to the web site? It used to be pretty darn solid, but now I don't trust it worth beans!)

Sorry about that! We have some display bugs in store credit. It should be fixed for you account. If anything still seems amiss, please let me know.

Please note that we are continually working on fixing and improving things on the website, however, sometimes it takes some time for those changes to be visible.
