I received the shipping confirmation for my subscription order this morning, but I still have not received access to the downloads for the AP or Campaign setting. Also, unusually, the email itself was silent about having PDF's available as well.

I just called customer service about the same issue. They are having some problems with the pdf's at this time. When the problems are fixed they will then be available.
It is being looked into! Will update as soon as I know more!
